RETURNS

Please inspect all items upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

We will accept exchanges of damaged and defective items within 7 days after delivery receipt. All tags must be attached with merchandise in its original packaging. 

We will not accept exchanges or returns for items ordered in the incorrect size. Due to the high demand, we will not adjust sizes once your order has been placed. Please check the size ordered prior to checkout. 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We apologize for any inconvenience due to lost or damaged items. Please read below regarding our policy.

If your items are damaged, please keep all original packaging and email us info@fitlifewithbree.com within 48 hours.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier provided with your tracking number for further assistance.
  • All packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you are unable to locate package once it has been delivered, please contact shipping carrier for further assistance.

 

REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Store credit is available on a situational basis.
